New Security Feature for i-MSecure Activation
Dear Valued Customers,
Starting 10th August 2024, i-Muamalat will implement a new security feature for i-MSecure activation. This is part of our continuous efforts to further safeguard your online banking security against fraud, in accordance with the regulatory direction to combat financial scams.
You will have two convenient options for i-MSecure activation after every successful registration of i-MSecure:
1. Visit our nearest branch for immediate activation. Please refer www.muamalat.com.my for the locations near you.
2. Call our Customer Care Line at 03-26005500, which requires a 12-hour (720-minutes) activation period before you can authenticate any transactions.
