Device OS Requirement for i-Muamalat Mobile App
Dear Valued Customers,
Please be informed that the latest i-Muamalat Mobile Application update will only be supported on Huawei/Android 11 & iOS 16 and above only. To ensure uninterrupted service, please update your device's Operating System (OS).
An outdated OS no longer receives security updates, making your phone more vulnerable to cyber-attacks and malware. Your phone will be at risk if the OS is not updated.

Goodwill Discount for Early Settlement of HP
GOODWILL DISCOUNT FOR EARLY SETTLEMENT OF HIRE-PURCHASE (HP)
Dear Valued Customers,
Effective from the enforcement of the Hire-Purchase (Amendment) Act (HPAA), eligible customers who early-settle their existing fixed-rate Hire-Purchase accounts under the Rule of 78 may receive a Goodwill Discount.
Eligibility requirements
- HP agreement executed before HPAA effective date or during the grace period after HPAA takes effect.
- Account not more than 90 days in arrears.
- Not under legal action / repossession.
- Not under Restructuring & Rescheduling (R&R) or debt management programme.
The discount amount will be provided in your settlement quotation. Customers who continue paying until maturity do not need to take any action.

Diskaun Ihsan untuk Penyelesaian Awal bagi Sewa-Beli (HP)
Pelanggan Yang Dihargai,
Bermula daripada tarikh penguatkuasaan Akta Sewa Beli (Pindaan) (HPAA), pelanggan yang layak dan membuat penyelesaian awal ke atas akaun Sewa Beli kadar tetap sedia ada di bawah Kaedah 78, boleh menerima Diskaun Ihsan.
Kelayakan:
- Perjanjian HP ditandatangani sebelum tarikh kuat kuasa HPAA atau dalam tempoh kelonggaran selepas HPAA berkuat kuasa.
- Akaun tidak tertunggak melebihi 90 hari.
- Tidak berada di bawah tindakan undang-undang / penarikan balik kenderaan.
- Tidak berada di bawah Penstrukturan & Penjadualan Semula (R&R) atau program pengurusan hutang.
Jumlah diskaun akan dinyatakan dalam sebut harga penyelesaian anda. Pelanggan yang meneruskan bayaran sehingga tamat tempoh tidak perlu mengambil sebarang tindakan.
